Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Black Friday Sale offer is applicable exclusively to Website Designing and Development services offered by Webbotx.com.
2. Payment Terms: Clients must pay a non-refundable advance of 60% of the final quoted amount on Friday to avail the offer. The remaining 40% shall be payable upon completion of the project.
3. Offer Validity: The Black Friday Sale offer is valid only on the specified date and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
4. Testimonial Requirement: Clients availing the Black Friday Sale offer agree to provide a testimonial review video sharing their experience of the offer upon completion of the project.
5. Project Timeline: The project timeline will commence upon receipt of the 60% advance payment. Delays in payment may result in a corresponding delay in project delivery.
6. Scope of Services: The offer applies solely to Website Designing and Development services as per the agreed-upon scope of work. Additional services requested beyond the scope may incur additional charges.
7. Cancellation Policy: Once the 60% advance payment is made, it is non-refundable. Clients may request to cancel or modify the project scope, subject to approval and any applicable fees.
8. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the website design and development, excluding any third-party assets or software.
9. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the Black Friday Sale offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
