This page explains exactly what we collect when you use this website or send us an enquiry, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated: 2 November 2026. This policy applies to webbotx.com and to work we carry out for clients. It is written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email info@webbotx.com and we will explain it.
WebbotX is a website design, development and search marketing studio based at Delhi Gate, Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043, India. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us at info@webbotx.com or +91 81301 60306.
Our enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, industry, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, an optional website address, and your message. All of these go into our own database on our hosting account, and a copy is emailed to info@webbotx.com. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not use a third-party form service that keeps its own copy.
Our web server records standard request logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. These are generated by the hosting platform for security and troubleshooting, not for marketing profiles.
This site sets a session cookie and a security token cookie, both of which are required for the enquiry form to work and to protect it from abuse. Neither is used for advertising. If we add website analytics in future, analytics cookies will be described here before they are switched on, and this page will show a new last updated date.
We do not take payments through this website and we never store card details. Invoices are settled by bank transfer or through a payment gateway that handles the card data itself; we only see that a payment arrived.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. If we ever want to email you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only for the purpose described:
For client work we may be given access to systems you own, such as your hosting, your analytics or your advertising accounts. We use that access only for the agreed work, we do not copy data out of it, and access can be revoked by you at any time.
Our hosting is in India. Some providers listed above may process data outside India as part of their normal operation. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s own contractual safeguards.

Email info@webbotx.com with the request. We will confirm within five working days and complete it within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not ask why.
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
If data we hold is exposed in a way that could affect you, we will tell the people affected and the relevant authority, with what happened and what we are doing about it. We will not wait to be asked.
Raise it with us first at info@webbotx.com — most issues are a misunderstanding we can fix quickly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the data protection authority with jurisdiction over your location.
When this policy changes, the last updated date at the top changes with it. Material changes that affect how we use existing data will be emailed to current clients rather than quietly published.
