Home ◆ Refund Policy
When you get money back, when you do not, and how a half-finished project is settled. No clause here is designed to trap a deposit.
Last updated: 2 November 2026. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service. Where a signed proposal states different terms, the proposal wins.
You pay for work that has been done. If we have not done it, you should not be paying for it. Everything below is that one idea applied to the usual situations.
If you cancel before we have started — meaning no audit has been written, no structure drafted and no design or code begun — your advance is refunded in full. No deduction, no questions.
Project work is billed in stages. If you cancel mid-project, we settle it like this:
If we cannot agree on how far the in-progress stage had got, we will give you the files and the working history so you can judge it yourself.
Search and marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance and run month to month.
These are costs we pay to someone else on your behalf, so we cannot return them:
Where any of these are involved, the proposal lists them separately from our fees so there is no confusion later.
If we miss agreed dates without a reason we have told you about, or deliver something materially different from the approved scope and cannot put it right within a reasonable period, you may cancel and we will refund the stage in question in full. We would rather do that than argue about work you are not happy with.
To be straightforward about it, a refund does not apply because:
In the last case we will still help. It is quoted as new work rather than refunded.
Email info@webbotx.com with your project name, the invoice number and what you would like refunded. You can also call +91 81301 60306 and we will put the written summary together with you.
If you do not accept our settlement, say so and we will talk it through directly before anyone involves anybody else. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
